R&R provides valuable inputs in setting up M&E system for projects and organisations. To ensure the mastery handle of the handed-over system by the  project staff and organisation, the task is implemented in a participatory process that involved all stakeholders. Crafting by consultants with in-depth expertise in project management and experience in different types of projects, M&E system setup by R&R are of high-practical and user-friendly. The setup M&E also included web-based type that allows the operations from distance and make it easy in quantitative analysis of the project results.

R&R is mastering the action research thanks to comprehensive design and practical implementation. Within the development programmes, R&R facilitates situation analysis for intervention planning (project design), conducts baseline survey, carries-out mid-term review of long-term programme, and organises final project evaluation. R&R has accomplished series of action research on a wide range of social and behavioural sciences: education, gender, youth employment, climate change adaptation, environment... under coverage of programmes by development organisations.

Operational capacity of organisations depends on the capacity of the staff and management structure. R&R implements a comprehensive procedure of analysis and development for capacity framework for the organisation with the full management structure, positions, and job descriptions for each position with set of indicators for performance assessment. Based on the organisation capacity analysis, R&R recommends for a capacity building scheme with proper work assignments and training.

Project management encompasses a range of activity groups from situation analysis, project planning and proposal writing, implementation coordination, monitoring and evaluation. Handling  these topics is within the scope of the project cycle management. R&R provides supports for project team and stakeholders to carry out activities throughout project cycle. Those include guidance on community analysis, facilitation of project planning, finalising the project proposal, establishment of management systems, training project staff on methods and skills in implementation planning, facilitation skills, report writing skill. R&R provides supports throughout the process and helps in improving capacity of the project team.

R&R provides consultancy in business startup and operation: business ideas analysis, planning, mobilizing resources, operation management, troubleshooting and crisis management, strategic planning for sustainable development. R&R has supported women's groups to develop ideas and develop business start-up plans; support farmer cooperatives to analyse local markets and develop their potential products, organise the operation of their business units (cooperative groups, small and medium enterprises).

In daily work, staff of organisations need a variety of skills to handle the job-related issues and properly conduct in the working environment. The skills and methods include leadership skills, behaviour management skills, skills for management of change, negotiation skills, stress management skills, report writing skills, business correspondence skills, and other soft skills. With the strength of skill-based training, R&R has conducted training courses and direct coaching of these skills for staff of organizations and personnel of development projects, and the results are highly appreciated.
